The aim of this module is to assist with the integration of the Ombudsman Office (or “Mediation Body”) as defined in the Financial Services Act (FinSA) into a company’s complaints management policy and procedures, for the appropriate management of legal, compliance, reputation and regulatory risks. The course also allows financial services providers to fulfil certain compliance requirements related to art. 6 and 22 FinSA.

The module is intended for anyone working in the Swiss financial sector or interested in mediation, particularly commercial mediation. The online course lasts 45 minutes and ends with a final assessment to validate participants’ progress. At the end of the course, participants will receive a certificate.
